- Betty Ames, began her Real Estate Career in 1976 as Sales Manager for Flair Real Estate.
- In 1980 Betty relocated to Dallas to continue in Commercial /Industrial Real Estate.
- Betty served at the Republican Office in Dallas and was on 2 right wing advisory committees.
- Betty became executive director for Hoshia Inmate Ministry in 1995. Betty often wrote articles for Christian Newpapers and in 1994 authored A Book known as "Hearts"
- In 2002 Betty returned to Golden Triangle area and has continued to devote her time to real estate and prison ministry since that time.
- Today Betty is a 2006 graduate of Southeast Texas Leadership Organization better known as LSET.
